Not that it's 100% perfect either... The story, whilst functional, lacks real depth and the game seems happy to skip around between different worlds with little more justification that playing chase with the designated villain. And, only a few weeks since its release, I already find myself at the start of chapter 9 (of 9) and wondering if I'm already that close to completing the majority of the game. However, I'm not completely disheartened by this. New content has so far been released pretty frequently and, with plenty of extra quests and characters to obtain, the game offers more to enjoy outside of the main storyline.
It's a given that you'll enjoy the game more if you're familiar with the rest of the series but I'm sure new players will also enjoy its high quality graphics and strategic but bite-size battles. Besides, it's completely free-to-play so you've hardly got anything to lose!
